Abstract
FIELD: electronic devices. SUBSTANCE: device has electromagnetic relay 1 and controlled two-sided semiconductor switch 2, which is connected in parallel to relay switch, and control unit 3, which controls relay and semiconductor switch so that when load is connected to power supply, semiconductor switch is turned on at zero voltage level of alternating current. Then after delay relay switch is turned on. When load is disconnected from power supply, relay switch is turned off, then semiconductor switch is turned off at zero voltage level of alternating current. In addition control unit 3 has unit which switches semiconductor switch 2 off when relay switch is turned on when load is connected to power supply and switches semiconductor switch off before relay switch is turned off when load is disconnected from power supply. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 1 dwg
