SUBSTANCE: sprayer has container 1 for working solution, intake pipeline 2, pump 3, pressure pipeline 4, pipeline 5 for supplying solution to spraying boom 6, suction pipeline 7, return pipeline 8 and control system. Outlet ends of pipeline 7 and pipeline 8 are joined so as to define ejector 9 whose outlet stream is directed into solution. Control system has three-channel distributor 10 with stopcocks 11,12,13 in each channel. Control system allows quality of readiness of working solution for spraying to be increased by improved uniformity of concentration of solution and, as a result, uniform distribution of solution over the whole area of object. Besides, obstruction of sprayer members by settled solid components of solution is reduced. EFFECT: increased efficiency by uniform distribution of solution and elimination of clogging sprayer members with sediments. 1 dwg

Изобретение относится к области сельскохозяйственной авиации и может быть использовано для обработки сельскохозяйственных и лесных насаждений средствами защиты растений и другими жидкими средами. Задачей изобретения является повышение качества опрыскивания путем уменьшения неравномерности распределения препарата и его непроизводительных потерь. Конструктивно опрыскиватель состоит из емкости для рабочего раствора, заборного трубопровода, насоса, напорного трубопровода, трубопровода подачи к распыливающей штанге/ трубопровода отсоса, трубопровода возврата и системы управления. Выходные концы трубопровода отсоса и трубопровода возврата сочленены в емкости таким образом, что образуют эжектирующее устройство, выходящая струя которого направлена в рабочий раствор. Система управления выполнена в виде трехканального распределителя с запорными кранами в каждом канале. Система управления позволяет резко повысить качество подготовки рабочей жидкости к распылению за счет повышения равномерности концентрации рабочего раствора, что резко повышает и равномерность распределения препарата по площади объекта, т. к. исключает неравномерность концентрации препарата в рабочем растворе. Такая система управления обеспечивает значительное снижение забиваемости расходных элементов распылителей осаждающимися в них препаратами при обычных в авиахимической обработке и повторно-кратковременных запусках опрыскивателя.The invention relates to the field of agricultural aviation and can be used for processing agricultural and forest plantations with plant protection products and other liquid media. The control system allows you to drastically improve the quality of the preparation of the working fluid for spraying by increasing the uniformity of the concentration of the working solution, which sharply increases the uniformity of the distribution of the drug over the area of the object, since it eliminates the uneven concentration of the drug in the working solution. Such a control system provides a significant reduction in the clogging of consumable elements of the nebulizers by the preparations deposited in them during conventional spraying and repeated launches of the sprayer.
