Изобретение относится к медицине, а именно к протезам и приспособлениям для ортопедических целей. Техническим результатом, получаемым от использования изобретения, является снижение энергии, затрачиваемой человеком при ходьбе по любой поверхности. Сущность изобретения заключается в том, что помимо переходных звеньев с присоединительными элементами и фитингами, шарнирных соединений, подшипников, осей и ограничителя поворота звеньев в протез сустава нижней конечности введен разводный блок, шарнирно соединенный с фитингами переходных звеньев. При этом разводной блок выполнен с косым сквозным разрезом, расположенным между осями параллельно им, а каждый фитинг второго переходного звена снабжен внутренним пазом под торцевой шип осевой втулки, охваченной тормозной втулкой. В свою очередь, ограничитель поворота звеньев выполнен в виде тормозной втулки и клина давления.The invention relates to medicine, namely to prostheses and devices for orthopedic purposes. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that in addition to transitional links with connecting elements and fittings, articulated joints, bearings, axles and a limiter for turning the links into the prosthesis of the lower limb joint, an adjustable block is introduced pivotally connected to the transitional fittings. In this case, the adjustable block is made with an oblique through cut located between the axes parallel to them, and each fitting of the second transition link is provided with an internal groove under the end spike of the axial sleeve covered by the brake sleeve. In turn, the link rotation limiter is made in the form of a brake sleeve and a pressure wedge.
