Abstract

FIELD: foundry. SUBSTANCE: control system has cylinders for locking molds, mold opening cylinder, ingot ejection cylinders, ingot removal cylinder and multiplier, which are connected through pipelines via related electrically controlled distributing devices to working fluid supplying and discharge pipes. High pressure cavity of multiplier is connected to piston cavities of cylinders. Stem cavities of cylinders are normally connected to working fluid discharge pipe. Piston cavity and stem cavity of multiplier are connected through distributing device to working fluid supplying and working fluid discharge pipes, respectively. Multiplier is actuated in alternation to provide destruction of mold with following ejection of ingot from mold top half by, for instance, making groove and channel with return valve in stem-plunger of multiplier. Groove and channel provide communication between stem cavity and high-pressure cavity at final and initial stages of stem upward stroke, respectively. Volume of high-pressure cavity of multiplier is equal to half the total volume of piston cavity and stem cavity of cylinder.
