Техническим результатом устройства является повышение качества обработки семян, снижение удельных энергозатрат, непрерывность работы без перегрева, возможность регулирования роста и пищевой ценности растений. Технический результат достигается тем, что внутри внутри камеры расположен полый охлаждаемый электрод и транспортирующее устройство. Использование устройства позволяет повысить качество плазменной обработки семян, снизить удельные энергозатраты, стабилизировать температуру в камере и исключить вероятность перегрева семян, обеспечить непрерывность работы устройства, регулировать не только рост, но и пищевую ценность культурных растений.The invention relates to the field of agriculture, in particular, to the agricultural technology of seed treatment, as well as to the field of physico-chemical processing of materials.
