Working surfaces of cellular knife and table are faced one toward another. Cell walls of cellular knife are positioned perpendicular to direction of movement of knife. Cutter is positioned laterally of table on cellular knife movement path, with cutting edge of cutter being oriented to table. EFFECT: increased efficiency, wider operational capabilities and improved quality of peeled product.
