Abstract

FIELD: container storage of fruits, vegetables and other biological objects in gaseous medium. SUBSTANCE: method involves blowing containers through with nitrogen-oxygen mixture till complete displacement of air, with oxygen concentration not exceeding maximum allowable value for standard gaseous mixtures (not in excess of 13%); closing containers; controlling dioxide content in container by means of sensor in the process of storage; evacuating gaseous mixture from container, when dioxide concentration approximates minimum allowable value for standard gaseous mixture (in the order of 3%), till predetermined pressure is established; providing supplying of outer air by pressure difference till pressure in container reaches environmental pressure [P(con) = P(env)], where P(con) is pressure in container and P(out) is outer environmental pressure; reducing carbon dioxide concentration and increasing dioxide concentration to required value; regulating gaseous mixture content in similar way, with the exception of nitrogen-oxygen mixture blowing stage. Claims (1)

Назначение: изобретение относится к области хранения сельскохозяйственной продукции и других биологических объектов (БО) растительного и животного происхождения в газовой среде и может быть использовано, в частности при контейнерном хранении яблок, груш, слив. Сущность: вначале контейнер с плодоовощной продукцией (ПОП) продувают до полного вытеснения из него воздуха азото-кислородной смесью с концентрацией кислорода не выше максимально допустимой для нормальных газовых смесей (не более 13%), затем перекрывают контейнер и в процессе хранения осуществляют контроль с помощью датчика за содержанием O2 в контейнере, а при его концентрации, близкой к минимальнодопустимой для нормальной газовой смеси (порядка 3%), производят откачку газовой смеси из контейнера до определенного давления в нем, а затем за счет разницы давления в контейнер подают воздух из окружающей среды до достижения в нем давления, равного давлению окружающей среды (Рк = Рн), снижая при этом концентрацию СО2 и увеличивая концентрацию O2 до требуемой, после чего регулирование состава газовой смеси производят аналогично, исключая операцию продувки азото-кислородной смесью.Purpose: the invention relates to the field of storage of agricultural products and other biological objects (BO) of plant and animal origin in a gaseous environment and can be used, in particular, in the container storage of apples, pears, plums.
