SUBSTANCE: application of method excludes wood heating operation procedure, heating of water in capillaries and heating of surrounding structures which in all increases power efficiency. According to method, wooden articles are piled in drying chamber, electric electrodes are installed at ends of articles to ensure electric contact between electrodes and wooden articles. Then electric field is created with direct component being directed along wood fibers, and drying agent is delivered for evaporation of moisture from wood surface. Additionally electric field of 200-260 V/m is applied, and beside that, also applied is pulsing electric field. EFFECT: high efficiency. 2 cl, 1 dwg

Изобретение относится к технике сушки древесины и может быть использовано в деревообделочной и мебельной промышленности. Достигаемый технический результат- повышение энергетической эффективности процесса сушки древесины за счет исключения из технологии операции нагрева древесины и соответственно потерь нагрева сухого вещества древесины, нагрева воды в капиллярах и потерь нагрева окружающих конструкций. Согласно способу осуществляют штабелирование древесной продукции в сушильной камере, устанавливают электроды на торцах древесной продукции с обеспечением электрического контакта между ними и древесной продукцией, прикладывают электрическое поле с постоянной составляющей, направленной вдоль волокон древесины, и подают сушильный агент для испарения влаги с поверхности древесины. Кроме того, прикладывают электрическое поле напряженностью 200 - 260 В/м и импульсное электрическое поле.The invention relates to techniques for drying wood and can be used in woodworking and furniture industries.
