Abstract

FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: method involves the combined treatment of lignin with alkali and finely grinding. Hydrolytic lignin freed of mineral impurities and unreacted residues is subjected for finely grinding together with granulated sodium hydroxide. Hydrolytic lignin is activated by mechanical loading and mechanochemical reactions were stimulated. Formed finely dispersed product is washed with water and neutralized. For mechanical energy dissipation increase viscosity of mixture to be ground is increased by water addition. Product is used as bacterioadsorbent in gastroenterology and as an external bacterioadsorbing agent. EFFECT: increased output of process, enhanced quality of product, simplified method.

Claims (1)

Способ получения бактериодсорбционных средств относится к химии и может быть использован в медицинской промышленности для получения энтеросорбентов для лечения острых расстройств функций желудочно-кишечного тракта и наружных бактериоадсорбционных средств. Способ предназначен для повышения производительности процесса получения бактериоадсорбционных средств, повышения качества продукта, сокращения времени обработки, исключения непроизводительных затрат. Поставленная цель достигается путем совмещения обработки щелочью и тонкого помола гидролизного лигнина. Гидролизный лигнин, освобожденный от минеральных примесей и остатков непровара, подвергают тонкому помолу совместно с гранулированным едким натром. Под действием механической нагрузки гидролизный лигнин активируется, стимулируются механохимические реакции. Образующийся мелкодисперсный продукт промывается водой и доводится до нейтральной реакции.
