Abstract

FIELD: realization of vibratory motion in process machines; may be used in various industries where machine working member executed vibratory motion. SUBSTANCE: when electromagnetic drive is used as drive of vibration machine, machine working member is set into vibration by means of periodic generation of pulses of forces between stator and armature of electromagnet secured respectively to bed and working member of vibration machine. Method differs from the known ones in that continuously alternating resonance and brake mode of machine operation are organized. In this case, in resonance mode the machine working member acquires definite kinetic energy whose major part is consumed by useful work with machine operating in brake mode. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
