Abstract

FIELD: devices for melting (processing) of thermoplastic polymer materials, for instance, polyolefins, polyamides, polyvinylchloride, polyesters, including wastes (first of all of finely divided and having low bulk mass, for instance, film, fibrous, granulated, dusty and other materials) in liquid inert heating medium with subsequent use of formed melt of polymer; applicable at enterprises producing synthetic fibers and plastic materials, and for processing of thermoplast wastes of agriculture and household wastes. SUBSTANCE: the offered device has vessel for liquid inert heating medium, heating members, loading hopper with feeder and melt conduit. It is provided with separating unit including cylinder with loading port, transporting member in form of screw conveyor and hydraulic resistor. Loading port may be located in the upper or lower part of cylinder side wall depending on the ratio of densities of thermoplastic polymer material and liquid inert heating medium. Separating unit may be located in vertical or horizontal positions depending on technological conditions. It may also be provided additionally with pump ensuring circulation of liquid inert heating medium. EFFECT: intensified process of melting of polymer, increased quality of melt due to reduced content of liquid inert heating medium in polymer. 4 cl, 4 dwg

Изобретение относится к устройствам для плавления (переработки) термопластичных полимерных материалов, например полиолефинов, полиамидов, поливинилхлорида, полиэфиров, в том числе отходов (в первую очередь мелкодисперсных и имеющих малую насыпную массу, например пленочных, волокнистых, гранулированных, пылевидных и т.п.), в жидкой инертной тепловой среде с последующим использованием образующегося расплава полимера и может найти применение на предприятиях по производству синтетических волокон и пластических масс, а также для переработки термопластичных отходов сельского хозяйства и бытовых отходов. Технический результат изобретения - интенсификация процесса получения расплава полимера, а также повышение качества получаемого расплава, благодаря уменьшению содержания в полимере жидкой инертной тепловой среды. Этот результат достигается благодаря тому, что устройство для плавления термопластичных полимерных материалов, содержащее емкость для жидкой инертной тепловой среды, нагревательные элементы, загрузочный бункер с питателем и расплавопровод, снабжено узлом разделения, включающим, цилиндр с загрузочным окном, транспортирующий элемент в виде шнека и гидравлическое сопротивление. В заявляемом устройстве загрузочное окно может быть расположено в верхней или нижней части боковой стенки цилиндра в зависимости от соотношения плотностей термопластичного полимерного материала и жидкой инертной тепловой среды, узел разделения может быть размещен в вертикальном или в горизонтальном положениях в зависимости от технологических условий, оно может быть дополнительно снабжено насосом, обеспечивающим циркуляцию жидкой инертной тепловой среды.The invention relates to devices for melting (processing) thermoplastic polymeric materials, for example polyolefins, polyamides, polyvinyl chloride, polyesters, including waste (primarily finely divided and having a small bulk density, for example, film, fibrous, granular, dusty, etc. ), in a liquid inert thermal medium with subsequent use of the resulting polymer melt, and can be used in enterprises producing synthetic fibers and plastics, as well as for processing and thermoplastic waste and agriculture waste. This result is achieved due to the fact that the device for melting thermoplastic polymeric materials, containing a container for a liquid inert thermal medium, heating elements, a loading hopper with a feeder and a melt pipe, is equipped with a separation unit including a cylinder with a loading window, a conveying element in the form of a screw and a hydraulic resistance. In the inventive device, the loading window can be located in the upper or lower part of the side wall of the cylinder depending on the ratio of the densities of the thermoplastic polymer material and the liquid inert thermal medium, the separation unit can be placed in vertical or horizontal positions depending on the technological conditions, it can be additionally equipped with a pump that circulates a liquid inert thermal medium.
