Mechanical-draft tower has housing, sprinkler, water distributor, drip pan and cooled water collecting tray. Water distributor is made in the form of pool with many orifices above sprinkler. Drip pan is mounted between lateral wall of pool and inner wall of housing. Cooled water collecting tray has through central hole changing to vertical shaft formed by lateral surfaces of sprinkler. Fan is mounted in lower portion of tower under shaft. EFFECT: reduction of overall dimensions; increased capacity due to intensification of heat-and-mass exchange process. 2 cl, 2 dwg

Вентиляторная градирня содержит корпус, ороситель, водораспределитель, каплеуловитель и поддон для сбора охлажденной воды. Водораспределитель выполнен в виде бассейна с множеством отверстий над оросителем. Между боковой стенкой бассейна и внутренней стеной корпуса установлен каплеуловитель. Поддон для сбора охлажденной воды имеет сквозное центральное отверстие, переходящее в вертикальную шахту, сформированную боковыми поверхностями оросителя.
