Abstract

FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method involves supplying hot gas mixed with oxidizer into working cavity of pouring ladle through its cover; burning gaseous mixture; heating and supplying oxygen jets under pressure below cover at flow rate of 0.8-1.2 n cu m/hour per 1 t of ladle volume. Apparatus has lined cover with axial opening, burner extending into working cavity of pouring ladle and stand. Side openings are positioned along cover perimeter. Stationary branch pipes with pipelines are positioned in opposed relation with respect to side openings. EFFECT: increased efficiency, improved ecological conditions at places adjacent to pouring ladle and increased safety in workshop.

Claims (1)

Изобретение относится к металлургии, к способам и устройствам для разогрева сталеразливочных ковшей. Технический эффект при использовании изобретения заключается в улучшении экологических условий в рационе участка разогрева сталеразливочных ковшей и в устранении нарушений требований техники безопасности в цехе. Указанный технический эффект достигается тем, что подают горючий газ в смеси с окислителем в рабочую емкость сталеразливочного ковша через его крышку и производят сжигание газовой смеси. В процессе разогрева дополнительно со стороны боковых стенок ковша под крышку подают под давлением струи кислорода с расходом 0,8 - 1,2 нм3/час на 1т емкости ковша. Кроме того, устройство для разогрева сталеразливочных ковшей включает футерованную крышку с осевым отверстием, горелку, входящую в рабочую полость сталеразливочного ковша, а также стенд. По периметру крышки в ней выполнены боковые отверстия, напротив которых установлены стационарные патрубки с трубопроводами.The invention relates to metallurgy, to methods and devices for heating steel pouring ladles.
