Abstract
Изобретение относится к композиции, содержащей дендример, имеющий блокирующие агенты, и активное вещество, заключенное в дендримере. Claims (1)
- Изобретение относится к композиции, содержащей дендример, имеющий блокирующие агенты, и активное вещество, заключенное в дендримере. В соответствии с изобретением блокирующий агент представляет собой соединение, которое имеет значительные стерические размеры, легко вступает в химическое связывание с концевыми группами дендримера и может быть легко удалено с дендримера или может быть модифицировано без воздействия на химическую структуру дендримера и активного вещества. Блокирующий агент может содержать защитные группы. Такие конъюгаты обладают тем преимуществом, что время, при котором начинается высвобождение активного вещества, может контролироваться. Изобретение также относится к способу получения такой композиции и способу контролируемого высвобождения активного вещества.
