SUBSTANCE: to increase efficiency of insemination of cows, 0.02% furacillin solution is utilized, which is added into heated to boiling mixture of cervical secretion and 4% sodium hydroxide. One observes alteration in color of liquid for 30-60 s. When stable bright red or pink color is available, fertilization of cows is 100%. Fast alteration of bright red and pink color into brawn, dark brawn, and bright brawn colors indicate low fertilization of cows. EFFECT: increased fertilization of cows and prediction thereof.

В течение 30 - 60 с наблюдают за изменением окраски жидкости. При наличии устойчивой светло-красной, розовой окраски смеси оплодотворяемость коров составляет 100%. Быстрое изменение светло-красной, розовой окраски в коричневый, темно-коричневый, светло-коричневый цвета указывает на низкую оплодотворяемость коров.Usage: agriculture, namely animal reproduction.
