Abstract

FIELD: catalytic chemistry, nickel catalysts on carrier for hydrogenation of different organic compounds in particular, production of the catalysts and their usage in chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: palladium modified nickel catalyst on carrier has nickel concentration on carrier is 0.08 - 0.5 mass % under ratio of nickel : palladium equal to 1 : (1.5 - 0.2), and iron concentration on carrier is of no more than 0.3 mass %. Catalyst is produced using adsorption by carrier compounds of active metals form their water solutions. In the case adsorption of nickel salt is carried out under pH of 8 -10 and as palladium compound solution they use its chlorideroxocomplexes, produced by alkaline hydrolysis of palladium chloride under mass ratio of alkaline metal and palladium equal to (0.25 - 0.65) : 1. Catalyst demonstrates high activity and selectivity in processes of reduction of aromatic poly nitrocompounds, hydroxylamines or nitriles into primary amines, ethers - into alcohols, hydrogenation of acetylenes into olefins and paraffins, hydrogenolysis of phenylhalogenides with separation of halogen. Claims (1)

Предлагается никелевый катализатор на носителе, модифицированный палладием, в котором концентрация никеля на носителе составляет 0,08 - 0,5 мас.% при соотношении никель : палладий, равном 1 : (1,5 - 0,2), и содержащий железо с концентрацией на носителе не более 0,3 мас.%. Катализатор получают адсорбцией носителем соединений активных металлов из их водных растворов, причем адсорбцию соли никеля ведут при рН 10-12, соли железа при рН 8-10, а в качестве раствора соединения палладия используют раствор его хлоргидроксокомплексов, полученных щелочным гидролизом хлорида палладия при массовом соотношении гидроксида щелочного металла и палладия, равном 0,25 - 0,65 : 1.
