Abstract

FIELD: heat power industry. SUBSTANCE: proposed recuperator can be used to heat blast air in heat generating aggregates. Recuperator includes pipes anchored with one ends in inlet collector and with other ends - in outlet collector. Vortex generators are mounted across inlet to heat exchanging pipes. Inlet collector of proposed recuperator is divided into two chambers each having branch pipe to feed air. One chambers houses vortex generators and space of the other one is connected to internal spaces of vortex generators by means of cylindrical branch pipes. EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability of recuperator thanks to decrease of maximum temperature of walls of pipes.

Предложенный рекуператор отличается тем, что входной коллектор разделен на две камеры, каждая из которых имеет патрубок для подвода воздуха, в одной из камер находятся завихрители, а полость другой соединена с внутренней полостью завихрителей цилиндрическими патрубками.A recuperator is proposed that can be used to heat blast air in fire-fighting units. The goal is to increase the reliability of the recuperator by reducing the maximum temperature of the pipe walls. The recuperator contains pipes fixed at one end in the inlet manifold and the other in the outlet, and swirlers are installed at the inlet to the heat exchange pipes. The proposed recuperator is characterized in that the inlet manifold is divided into two chambers, each of which has a pipe for supplying air, swirls are located in one of the chambers, and the cavity of the other is connected to the inner cavity of the swirlers by cylindrical pipes.
