Innovation of invention consists in that header with branch pipes passes through head of shell outside it; bottom of header located inside shell is connected with central tube and bottom located outside shell is connected with downtake tube; other end of tube bundle is connected with header. EFFECT: enhanced economical efficiency and reliability since header is used instead of tube sheet.
