Изобретение направлено на обеспечение надежной фиксации позвонков, снижение травматичности, сокращение времени операции, предотвращение смещения позвонков и самого устройства, устранение опасности сдавления спинного мозга, а также упрощение изготовления и эксплуатации устройства, выполняющего функцию эндопротеза межпозвонкового диска. Сущность изобретения заключается в том, что эндопротез выполнен из материала, проявляющего эффект термомеханической памяти формы в интервале температур 30 - 45oС и состоит из одновитковой спирали, заостренные концы которой направлены в противоположные стороны вдоль прямой, параллельной оси витка спирали.The invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and vertebrology, and can be used for operations on the spine associated with the removal of the intervertebral disc.
