SUBSTANCE: gas generator has body, service unit, block of solid aerosol-forming compound and diaphragm, retainer of aerosol-forming block made in form of flexible longitudinal members uniformly spaced over circumference. Longitudinal members contact body internal wall and have depressions rectangular in section and embracing the block. In this case, longitudinal members on one side thrust the bottom and on the other side, the diaphragm. Method for equipment of gas generator provides for placing of flexible longitudinal members uniformly over circumference on the block side surface, before introduction of the block into body and fastening them to one another. EFFECT: reduced probability of damage to the charge under unfavorable operating conditions and to improve reliability of design and process of its manufacture.

Изобретение относится к средствам пожаротушения и может быть использовано для противопожарной защиты технологического оборудования блочно-модульных объектов, в частности агрегатов с газотурбинным приводом, а также в нефтегазовой, химической и других отраслях промышленности, применяющих пожароопасное оборудование с высоким уровнем вибрационных нагрузок. Изобретение позволяет снизить вероятность повреждения заряда при неблагоприятных условиях эксплуатации, повысить надежность конструкции, улучшить технологичность изготовления. Газогенератор, содержащий корпус, расходный узел, шашку твердого аэрозольобразующего состава и диафрагму, снабжен фиксатором положения шашки, выполненным в виде эластичных продольных элементов, распределенных равномерно по окружности. Продольные элементы контактируют с внутренней стенкой корпуса и имеют углубления прямоугольного профиля, охватывающие шашку. При этом продольные элементы с одной стороны упираются в днище, а с другой - в диафрагму. Способ снаряжения газогенератора предусматривает, что перед вводом шашки в корпус на ее боковую поверхность равномерно по окружности накладывают эластичные продольные элементы с вырезом для ее продольного охвата и скрепляют их между собой.The invention relates to fire extinguishing means and can be used for fire protection of technological equipment of block-modular facilities, in particular units with a gas turbine drive, as well as in oil and gas, chemical and other industries using fire hazardous equipment with a high level of vibration loads. In this case, the longitudinal elements abut on the bottom on the one hand, and on the diaphragm on the other. The gas generator equipment method provides that before entering the pieces into the case, elastic longitudinal elements with a cutout for its longitudinal coverage are uniformly applied around its side to the side surface and fastened together.
