FIELD: welding of long-cut polymeric articles of linoleum. SUBSTANCE: device has the following members arranged in tandem: material winding off mechanism, material spreading table, edge cutting, welding and product assembling mechanisms. The latter is arranged in side zone relative to welding mechanism. Warmed and levelled up linoleum from table is fed to measuring plate of edge cutting mechanism where disc cross and longitudinal cutting shears cut all edges to required size of mat. Then edges are butt welded by means of infrared radiation source, mat is rolled up and placed onto ready product conveyor. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities.

Далее происходит сварка кромок встык источниками инфракрасного излучения, закатывание и укладывание ковров в контейнер готовой продукции.The invention relates to the field of welding of long polymer linoleum products. The device contains sequentially arranged mechanism for unwinding material, a table for aging material, mechanisms of edge trimming, welding and collection of finished products. The latter is located in the side zone of the welding mechanism. The warmed aligned linoleum from the table is fed to the measuring plate of the edge-cutting mechanism, where all the edges of the planned carpet are cut with the shears of transverse and longitudinal cutting. Next, the edges are welded end-to-end with infrared sources, rolled up and laid carpets in the finished product container.
