Abstract

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining antibodies and antigens in blood serum based on catalase activity lysed sheep erythrocytes, removing proper complement by its sorption for neutral complex of hemolysine and sheep erythrocytes, treated with 7.5-15 % hydrogen peroxide solution. Numeric value determined from enzyme reaction is used for determining antibodies or antigen in the material under test during 3-4 h. EFFECT: simplified method.

Целью способа является его упрощение с возможностью использования коммерческих диагностикумов для индикации тел к герпесу, цитомегалии, краснухи и токсоплазмозу. Предлагается определение антител или антигена в РСК по каталазной активности лизированных бараньих эритроцитов. Предлагается также удаление собственного комплемента с помощью сорбции его на нейтральный комплекс гемолизина и бараньих эритроцитов, обработанных 7,5 - 15%-ной перекисью водорода. Способ позволяет в течение 3 - 4 ч определить антитела или антиген в обследуемом материале количественно по цифровому показателю ферментной реакции.The method relates to medicine, in particular to the rapid diagnosis of congenital viral infections in children.
