Claims (1)

Изобретение касается состава резиновой смеси, применяемой для изготовления вулканизационных диафрагм. Целью данного изобретения является получение резиновой смеси, обеспечивающей высокую прочность стыка диафрагмы при литьевом формовании, а также высокие усталостные свойства вулканизата и повышенную эксплуатационную выносливость диафрагм. Сущность изобретения сводится к тому, что в качестве мягчителя в резиновой смеси на основе бутилкаучука применяют твердый окисленный нефтебитум с температурой размягчения не ниже 130oС в количестве 3 - 10 мас.ч. на 100 мас.ч. каучука.The invention relates to the composition of the rubber mixture used for the manufacture of vulcanizing diaphragms.
