Abstract

FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: plant has a drum mounted in supports and set in rotation about its axis with a drive. The drum with the supports and drive is secured to stands to permit the inclination of its axis to be changed. Inside the drum are blades and pipe for supplying air that passes through the support. The end face of the drum is provided with a hatch with the cover. Vessels for supplying liquids and air filter are mounted on the outside of the cover. The inside is provided with air flow deflectors. There is a filter at the end of the air pipe that is outside of the drum. The air filters are provided with facilities for periodic changing in flow direction. The drum has a pressure-tight jacket for internal circulation of a heat carrier. The heater underlies the drum. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.

Claims (1)

Биоконверсионная установка предназначена для переработки на месте твердых отходов сельскохозяйственных производств с получением обогащенных белком кормов, удобрений, компостов без загрязнения окружающей среды. Установка может также применяться для производства микробиологических препаратов. Установка включает укрепленный на опорах барабан с приводом вращательного движения вокруг его оси. Барабан с опорами и приводом укреплен на стойках с возможностью изменения наклона его оси. Внутри барабана имеются лопасти и проходящая через опору труба для подачи воздуха, на торцовой - люк с крышкой. На наружной стороне крышки укреплены емкости для подачи жидких сред и воздушный фильтр, а на внутренней - отражатели потока воздуха. На размещенном вне барабана конце трубы для подачи воздуха укреплен еще один фильтр. Кроме того, на воздушных фильтрах укреплены устройства для периодического изменения направления подачи воздуха. Барабан имеет герметичную рубашку для внутренней циркуляции теплоносителя, а нагреватель расположен под барабаном. Техническим результатом изобретения является возможность проведения нескольких процессов в одном аппарате: стерилизация твердой питательной среды, биоконверсия, тепловая обработка и сушка продукта, что обеспечивает проведение микробиологического процесса биоконверсии в асептических условиях, предохранение окружающей среды от загрязнения микроорганизмами и пылевидными частицами при сушке. Предлагаемая биоконверсионная установка может обеспечивать производство обогащенных белком кормов, удобрений, в т.ч. компостов, из отходов сельскохозяйственного производства непосредственно на фермах вне заводских условий, вследствие совмещения различных процессов в одном барабане установки. Установка характеризуется низкими энергозатратами вследствие малой скорости вращения барабана, характерной для барабанных смесителей, и небольшого гидравлического сопротивления потоку воздуха при аэрации, определяемого, преимущественно, сопротивлением фильтров.The bioconversion plant is designed for on-site processing of solid waste from agricultural production to produce protein-enriched feed, fertilizers, composts without environmental pollution. At the end of the air supply pipe located outside the drum, another filter is mounted. In addition, devices for periodically changing the direction of air supply are mounted on the air filters. The drum has a tight jacket for internal circulation of the coolant, and the heater is located under the drum. The technical result of the invention is the ability to carry out several processes in one apparatus: sterilization of a solid nutrient medium, bioconversion, heat treatment and drying of the product, which ensures the microbiological process of bioconversion in aseptic conditions, protecting the environment from contamination by microorganisms and dust particles during drying. The proposed bioconversion installation can provide for the production of protein-enriched feeds, fertilizers, including composts from agricultural waste directly on farms outside the factory, due to the combination of various processes in one drum of the plant. The installation is characterized by low energy consumption due to the low speed of rotation of the drum, typical for drum mixers, and low hydraulic resistance to air flow during aeration, determined mainly by the resistance of the filters.
