Abstract

FIELD: purification of gases. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning compressed air, especially to removing mist, in various areas, especially at big compressor stations with considerable diurnal input of compressed air. Invention is aimed at reducing power consumption for production compressed air by way of maintaining constant resonance volume in the air filter casing under changing weather-climate and process conditions. The task is solved with an air-cleaning filter consisting of: casing 1 with conical bottom 2; cleaned air outlet nipple 3 wrapped with wire screen 4 and having a conical attachment with radial gutters on outside surface; inlet air-to-be-cleaned nipples 5 in the form of narrowing subsonic nozzles with curvilinear gutters 6 on inside surface provided with metal screens 7 on the side of air inlet; means for withdrawing condensate 8 placed in the bottom aperture 2; deflecting barrier 9 resting on guiding rods 10 and fixed with springs 11 in a position forming hollow 12 confined with the section of inlet air-to-be-cleaned nipple 5 and deflecting barrier 9. Изобретение относится к очистке сжатого воздуха, в особенности от туманов, в различных отраслях народного хозяйства, особенно на крупных компрессорных станциях со значительным суточным расходом сжатого воздуха. В основу изобретения положена задача снижения энергозатрат на производство сжатого воздуха путем поддержания постоянного резонансного объема в корпусе воздушного фильтра в изменяющихся погодно-климатических и технологических условиях эксплуатации компрессорных станций. Поставленная задача решается фильтром для очистки воздуха, состоящим из корпуса 1 с коническим днищем 2, штуцера вывода очищенного воздуха 3, обтянутого проволочной сеткой 4 и имеющего коническую насадку с радиальными канавками на внешней поверхности, штуцеров ввода очищаемого воздуха 5 в виде сужающихся дозвуковых сопл с криволинейными канавками 6 на внутренней поверхности и имеющих со стороны входа атмосферного воздуха металлические сетки 7, конденсатоотводчика 8, расположенного в отверстии днища 2, отражательной перегородки 9, свободно установленной на направляющих стержнях 10 и фиксирующейся пружинами 11 в положении, образующем полость 12, заключенную между сечением штуцера ввода очищаемого воздуха 5 и отражательной перегородкой.The invention relates to the purification of compressed air, especially from mists, in various sectors of the economy, especially at large compressor stations with a significant daily consumption of compressed air. The problem is solved by an air purification filter consisting of a housing 1 with a conical bottom 2, a clean air outlet fitting 3, fitted with a wire mesh 4 and having a conical nozzle with radial grooves on the outer surface, cleaned air inlet nozzles 5 in the form of tapering subsonic nozzles with curved grooves 6 on the inner surface and having metal grids 7 from the side of the inlet of atmospheric air, a steam trap 8 located in the opening of the bottom 2, the reflective partition 9, freely mounted on the guide rods 10 and fixed by the springs 11 in the position forming the cavity 12, concluded between the cross section of the inlet fitting of the cleaned air 5 and the reflective partition.
