Abstract

FIELD: petrochemical industry, method is used in hydrocarbon raw material hydrorefining, during petroleum and natural gas hydrorefining, for desulfurization in particular. SUBSTANCE: aim is to increase hydrolyzing capability of catalyst with high concentration of active components. It is achieved by improvement of known method thermal treatment mode (drying and calcining) of impregnated alumoxide carrier. Method provides for one-stage impregnation of alumoxide carrier with solution of molybdenum, cobalt or nickel compositions and phosphorous with following drying and calcining according to mode. Impregnated carrier is heated from room temperature up to 300 - 350 C for 6 - 8 hours, then it is held under the temperature for 5 - 7 hours, then it is heated up to temperature of calcination for 3 - 5 hours and exercise calcination by known method. EFFECT: increased hydrolyzing capability of catalyst with high concentration of active components. 1 cl, 1 dwg

Задачей изобретения является повышение гидрирующей способности катализатора при высоком содержании активных компонентов. Способ включает одностадийную пропитку гранулированного алюмооксидного носителя раствором соединений молибдена, кобальта или никеля, а также фосфора, и последующую сушку и прокалку в режиме: пропитанный носитель нагревают от комнатной температуры до 300-350°С в течение 6-8 ч, затем выдерживают при этой температуре в течение 5-7 ч, после чего нагревают до температуры прокалки в течение 3-5 часов, затем осуществляют прокалку известным способом.The invention relates to the field of hydrotreating hydrocarbons and can be used for hydrotreating oil and natural gas, in particular during desulfurization.
