SUBSTANCE: the method includes fusion of glass-forming flux in a crucible furnished with an inductance coil, feeding of convergent gas flows of oxidizing gas to the zone of action the inductance coil magnetic field, initiation of plasma flame in the point of convergence of gas flows, batch feeding of solid radioactive and toxic waste to the melt surface, combustion of waste, mixing of waste ash with glass melt and cooling of the obtained mixture. EFFECT: reduced degree of entrainment of radioactive and toxic waste components, enhanced efficiency and quality of obtained product. 3 cl, 4 dwg

Claims (1)

Способ переработки твердых радиоактивных и токсичных отходов. Область применения: переработка твердых радиоактивных и токсичных отходов сжиганием с последующим включением продуктов сгорания в стеклообразные материалы. Сущность способа: способ включает плавление стеклообразующего флюса в тигле, снабженном индукционной катушкой, подачу в надрасплавное пространство в зону действия магнитного поля индуктора сходящихся газовых потоков окисляющего газа, инициирование возникновения плазменного факела в точке схождения газовых потоков, порционную подачу твердых радиоактивных и токсичных отходов на поверхность расплава, сжигание отходов, смешение золы отходов со стеклообразным расплавом и охлаждение полученной смеси. Способ позволяет снизить степень уноса радиоактивных и токсичных компонентов отходов, повысить экономичность проведения способа, а также повысить качество получаемого продукта.A method of processing solid radioactive and toxic waste.
