Abstract

FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: absorbing device has cylinder, piston installed in cylinder to provide flow-over of working fluid and dividing the main chamber into two parts. Piston has rod one end of which is installed in cylinder bottom. Device has additional spherical chamber separated from main chamber by nut with seal in which other end of rod is fitted. This end is of smaller diameter. Seal is made in form of rings with conical surface at one side and flat base at other side to which two washers contacting with base of other ring adjoin. The other ring rests on conical surface of mated part. EFFECT: reduced thickness of cylinder walls, improved operation of seals owing to rational redistribution of pressured in working chamber of absorbing device.

Claims (1)

Изобретение позволяет уменьшить толщину стенок цилиндра поглощающего аппарата и улучшить условия работы его уплотнений за счет рационального перераспределения давлений в рабочей камере. Это обеспечивается тем, что поглощающий аппарат, содержащий цилиндр, установленный в цилиндре с возможностью обеспечения перетекания рабочей жидкости поршень, разделяющий объем основной камеры на две части и имеющий шток, один конец которого установлен в донышке цилиндра, снабжен дополнительной сферической камерой, отделенной от основной гайкой с уплотнением, в котором установлен второй конец штока меньше его диаметра. Уплотнение при этом выполнено в виде колец, имеющих коническую поверхность с одной стороны, а с другой - плоское основание, к которому примыкают две шайбы, контактирующие с основанием другого кольца, которое опирается на коническую поверхность сопрягаемой детали.The invention allows to reduce the wall thickness of the cylinder of the absorbing apparatus and to improve the working conditions of its seals due to the rational redistribution of pressure in the working chamber.
