Abstract

FIELD: production of heat- and sound-insulation foamed plastic; may be used in civil engineering and ship-building industries; transport machine engineering and other branches of industry, mainly, in the form of movable installation. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of mixing compositions for producing foamed product to be cured and dried; at first, preliminarily foaming foam-generating composition, then mixing foamed product with sprayed resin composition, simultaneously intensively foaming it and feeding mixed product in the form of liquid plastic foam for curing and drying. Installation for producing plastic foam includes vessels for foaming and resin compositions with batching devices, compressed air source and mixing chamber connected with said vessels and source of compressed air. Installation also includes foam generator connected with compressed air source and mixing chamber for preliminarily foaming foam generating composition. Mixing chamber is provided with apparatus for spraying resin connected with compressed air source initiating process of mixing compositions at their intensive foaming and transporting mixed product for curing it. EFFECT: higher efficiency; improved design of installation.

Способ получения пенопласта из пенообразующей и смоляной композиции состоит в их смешивании с образованием вспененного продукта, подлежащего отверждению и сушке. При этом сначала производят предварительное вспенивание пенообразующей композиции, вспененный продукт смешивают с распыленной смоляной композицией с одновременным интенсивным вспениванием и смешанный продукт в виде жидкого пенопласта подают на отверждение и сушку. Установка для получения пенопласта состоит из емкостей для пенообразующей и смоляной композиций с дозаторами, источника сжатого воздуха и смесительной камеры, связанной с емкостями и источником сжатого воздуха. Имеется также связанный с источником жатого воздуха и смесительной камерой пеногенератор для предварительного вспенивания пенообразующей композиции. При этом смесительная камера снабжена устройством для распыления смолы, связанным с источником сжатого воздуха, обеспечивающим распыление смолы, инициирующим процесс смешивания при одновременном интенсивном пенообразовании и транспортирующим смешанный продукт для отверждения.The invention relates to the field of production of heat and sound insulating foam and can be used in the construction and shipbuilding industries, transport engineering and other industries mainly in the form of a mobile installation. In this case, the mixing chamber is equipped with a device for spraying resin, connected to a source of compressed air, providing spraying of the resin, initiating the mixing process while foaming intensively and transporting the mixed product for curing.
