Abstract

FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: product: new organic compounds - Schiff's bases of the general formula $$$ and $$$ where: R - $$$, -H, $$$; R' - -H, $$$, o-$$$, p-$$$, $$$. Synthesis is carried out by interaction of 3-(4)-pyridine aldehyde with aniline or its derivatives at 25-117 C, at mole ratio aldehyde : amine = 1.0 : (1.0-1.2), mainly in medium of $$$-aliphatic alcohols, at their mole ratio = 1.0-5.0 to aldehyde. Synthesized compounds are new enamines - Schiff's pyridine bases that can be used as vulcanizing agents in rubber. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis, increased yield, simplified technology. 10 ex

Claims (1)

The invention relates to organic chemistry, in particular to the production of new organic compounds - Schiff bases of the general formula indicated in the description, which may find application as vulcanizers in rubber compounds. The aim of the invention is to obtain new enamines - Schiff pyridine bases, which can be used as vulcanizing agents in rubbers of SKN, and increase the yield of reaction products of interest, simplifying the method of their preparation. This goal is achieved by the fact that 3- (4-) pyridine aldehyde is reacted with aniline or its derivatives at a temperature of 25 - 117 o With a molar ratio of aldehyde: amine equal to 1.0: (1.0 - 1.2), mainly in the environment of C 1 - C 5 aliphatic alcohols with a molar ratio of 1.0 to 5.0 to aldehyde.
