FIELD: building materials production, compositions for preparation of protective painting cover in the form of decorating-protective finishing of buildings and structures members inner and outer surfaces. SUBSTANCE: composition has complex binder, filler, pigment and modifier, in which strengthening member is introduced. Complex binder has, mass %: plasticized water dispersion of polymer - 85-92 in mixture with derivative of silicic acid - 8 - 15, and gamma-aminopropyloxisiloxane is used as strengthening member. EFFECT: composition allows to produce protective painting cover with relatively high adhesive strength of binding with concrete base and high specifications of chemical and atmospheric actions resistance; prepared cover has rather high hydrophobic effect, that leads to water saturation decrease by order and more as compared with known technical characteristics.

Изобретение относится к области строительных материалов, в частности к составам для приготовления защитного окрасочного покрытия в виде декоративно-защитной отделки внутренних и наружных поверхностей элементов зданий и сооружений. Предлагается состав для изготовления защитного окрасочного покрытия, включающий комплексное связующее, наполнитель, пигмент и модификатор, в который дополнительно вводится крепитель. В качестве комплексного связующего применяют пластифицированную водную дисперсию полимера (85-92 мас.%) в смеси с производным кремниевой кислоты (8-15 мас.%), а в качестве крепителя - гамма-аминопропилоксисилоксан. Предлагаемый состав позволяет получить защитно-окрасочное покрытие, обладающее относительно высокой адгезионной прочностью сцепления с бетонной основой, высокими показателями по химической стойкости, а также атмосферо- и биологической стойкости. Кроме того, готовое покрытие обладает относительно высоким гидрофобным эффектом, что приводит к снижению водопоглощения на порядок и более по сравнению с известным техническим решением.The invention relates to the field of building materials, in particular to compositions for the preparation of a protective paint coating in the form of a decorative and protective finish of the internal and external surfaces of the elements of buildings and structures.
