Abstract

Сущность изобретения: в способе получения жесткого пенопласта, содержащего уретановые, мочевинные и биуретные группы, путем взаимодействия органических полиизоцианатов с модифицированным касторовым маслом в присутствии катализатора и вспенивающего агента и при необходимости в присутствии целевых добавок, в качестве модифицированного касторового масла используют продукт взаимодействия касторового масла с аминами и/или гидроксильными соединениями, имеющий гидроксильное число 200 - 500, а в качестве вспенивающего агента - воду.

Claims (1)

  1. Сущность изобретения: в способе получения жесткого пенопласта, содержащего уретановые, мочевинные и биуретные группы, путем взаимодействия органических полиизоцианатов с модифицированным касторовым маслом в присутствии катализатора и вспенивающего агента и при необходимости в присутствии целевых добавок, в качестве модифицированного касторового масла используют продукт взаимодействия касторового масла с аминами и/или гидроксильными соединениями, имеющий гидроксильное число 200 - 500, а в качестве вспенивающего агента - воду.
