Abstract

SUBSTANCE: main components of device are: drying chamber, ventilation system, heating system, and sun air heaters made as non-expandable sun heated panels mounted on outer surface of drying chamber. Optimal geometrical dimensions of sun heated panels relative to each other and with respect to drying chamber increases proportion of sun energy in total balance of energy used for drying and reduces operating cost. EFFECT: high efficiency.

Техническое решение относится к области сельского хозяйства, а именно к устройствам для сушки, например, табака, и может быть использовано в установках для сушки различных продуктов, веществ, предметов и т.п. с использованием солнечного излучения как дополнительного источника энергии. Разработано устройство для сушки, основными элементами которого являются камера для сушки, система вентиляции, система обогрева и солнечные воздушные нагреватели, выполненные в виде безрасходных солнечных панелей, установленных на наружную поверхность сушильной камеры. Цель изобретения - увеличение доли использования солнечной энергии в общем балансе затрачиваемой на сушку энергии и снижение энергозатрат на процесс сушки достигается оптимальными геометрическими размерами установки элементов солнечных панелей относительно друг друга и наружной поверхности сушильной камеры.The technical solution relates to the field of agriculture, namely to devices for drying, for example, tobacco, and can be used in installations for drying various products, substances, objects, etc. using solar radiation as an additional source of energy.
