Abstract

FIELD: production of inorganic substances. SUBSTANCE: anhydrous phosphorous acid is produced via hydrolysis of phosphorus trichloride in presence of phosphorous acid. The two substances and water are taken in molar ratio 1: n: 3, respectively, where n is more or equal to zero and, preferably, is ranged from 0.05 to 1. Process is performed by contacting reactants at temperature from 0 to 80 C and is terminated in presence of organic solvent, advantageously with boiling temperature below melting temperature of phosphorous acid. Reaction mixture is boiled until hydrochloric acid is completely removed. Phosphorous acid begins crystallizing yet in the course of reaction and is isolated by decanting solvent and blowing through with inert gas after reaction mixture is cooled to ambient temperature. Melting point of product 73-74 C, yield 96-98%. EFFECT: improved purity and yield of product.

Сущность изобретения: способ получения безводной фосфористой кислоты гидролизом фосфортрихлорида проводят в присутствии фосфористой кислоты, при этом фосфортрихлорид, воду и фосфористую кислоту берут при молярном соотношении 1 : 3:n , где n≥0, предпочтительно n = 0,05 - 1. Процесс проводят контактированием реагентов при 0 - 80oC и завершают в среде инертного органического растворителя, предпочтительно с температурой кипения ниже температуры плавления фосфористой кислоты, кипячением реакционной массы до полного удаления хлороводорода. Фосфористая кислота кристаллизуется уже в процессе реакции, ее выделяют после охлаждения массы до комнатной температуры декантацией растворителя и продуванием инертного газа.
