Abstract

FIELD: measuring equipment for determining the moisture content in substances. SUBSTANCE: the meter has two plates between the sample is placed. Heaters are installed outside the plates, and a temperature - sensitive element is provided in one of the plates, which is a component of the heating temperature control system, adder-amplifier, temperature setter, differentiator-amplifier and two transistor switches. The meter has a unit that detects the instant of complete removal of moisture from the sample, it uses a generator, bridge circuit, connected to whose one arm are the electrically insulated plates, differential amplifier, rectifier, low-pass filter, differentiator-amplifier with controlled bias signal, and an indicator. The meter also uses a moisture measuring assembly with amplification and rectification, amplifier with controlled dial and amplification signal, detector connected to the measuring transducer-amplifier, and a weight-to-electric signal converter, whose sensing element is coupled to the table on which the sample is placed before the drying process and after its complete drying-out. Снаружи плит установлены нагреватели, а в одной из плит - термодатчик, входящий в систему автоматического регулирования температуры нагрева, которая также включает измерительный преобразователь-усилитель, сумматор-усилитель, задатчик температуры, дифференциатор-усилитель и два транзисторных ключа, устройство содержит блок регистрации момента полного удаления влаги из образца, который включает генератор, мостовую схему, в одно из плеч которой подключены электрически изолированные плиты, дифференциальный усилитель, выпрямитель, фильтр низкой частоты, дифференциатор-усилитель с регулируемым сигналом смещения и индикатор.
