In 40-42 h after human chorionic gonadotropin administration SWINE were inseminated once and embryos were removed after 16-18 h. The yield of embryos is increased by 2-3-fold at zygote stage. Claims (1)

Использование: животноводство. Сущность изобретения: с целью повышения выхода эмбрионов на стадии зиготы при вызывании синхронизированной суперовуляции у половозрелых свиней в период с 12-го по 14-й день полового цикла в один и тот же день группе свиней дважды с интервалом 8 - 10 ч вводят один из препаратов простагландина F в дозах, рекомендуемых для свиней. Далее последовательно вводят однократно через 24 - 36 ч гонадотропин сыворотки жеребых кобыл (ГСЖК) в дозе 1200 - 1500 И.Е. на голову и через 72 - 80 ч - хорионический гонадотропин человека (ХГ) в дозе 750 - 1000 И.Е./гол. Через 40 - 42 ч после введения ХГ проводят однократное осеменение свиней и через 16 - 18 ч после этого проводят извлечение эмбрионов. Способ позволяет повысить выход эмбрионов на стадии в 2 - 3 раза по сравнению с известными способами вызывания суперовуляции.Use: livestock.
