Целью предлагаемого изобретения является разработка технологии способа приготовления нового субстрата для выращивания грибов, например Вешенка обыкновенная, гриба Кольцевик и других, повышение качества грибов и снижение их стоимости, уменьшение экологической загрязненности воздуха и земли. Проверка показала, что грибы, выращенные на отходах хлопкового волокна, являются экологически чистым продуктом и соответствуют "Медико-биологическим требованиям и санитарным нормам качества продовольственного сырья и пищевых продуктов" N 5061-89 и могут быть использованы для пищи.The invention relates to a technology for growing mushrooms and can be used in the cotton industry and other farms for the use of cotton fiber waste as a substrate.
