Abstract

FIELD: instrumentation engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacture of equipment for continuous physico-chemical experiments in laboratories, in particular, to a device for saturating gas streams with vapors of an one-component liquid kept at a constant temperature. Device of invention provides, on its outlet, vapor-gas mixtures with equilibrium concentration of vapor of the liquid corresponding to partial pressure of the vapor at controlled temperature of the liquid. Saturator has cylindrical vessel with liquid, thermostat for the vessel, submerged gas-intake pipe with opened lower end, vapor-gas mixture discharge pipe, liquid-intake pipe, fully submerged upright coil with its lower end connected to gas-intake pipe and open upper end reaching the level 3-5 mm below the liquid surface level. Lower end of gas-intake pipe below the point where it is connected with coil has an organized space opened from below into the liquid at a distance 1-2 cm from bottom. Saturator is further provided with a system for automatically maintaining liquid level in cylindric vessel. EFFECT: provided perseverance in vapor-gas ratio when varying gas intake in saturator.

Изобретение относится к области приборостроения для непрерывных лабораторных физико-химических экспериментов, а именно - к устройствам для насыщения потоков газов парами термостатированной при определенной температуре однокомпонентной жидкости (сатураторам), обеспечивающим получение на выходе из сатуратора паро-газовых смесей с равновесной концентрацией паров жидкости, соответствующей парциальному давлению паров жидкости при температуре термостатирования, и обеспечивающим возможность изменять расходы газа и паро-газовой смеси в широких пределах при сохранении постоянного состава смеси. Предлагаемый сатуратор содержит цилиндрическую емкость с жидкостью, термостат емкости, опущенную в жидкость открытую снизу трубку подвода газа, трубку вывода паро-газовой смеси, штуцер заправки жидкости, полностью погруженный в слой жидкости вертикально расположенный змеевик, нижний конец которого соединен с трубкой подвода газа, верхний конец открыт в слой жидкости на 3-5 мм от ее верхнего уровня, а нижняя часть трубки подвода газа ниже места соединения со змеевиком снабжена организованным объемом, открытым снизу в слой жидкости на расстоянии 1 - 2 мм от дна емкости. The proposed saturator contains a cylindrical container with liquid, a tank thermostat, a gas supply pipe open from below, a gas-vapor mixture outlet pipe, a liquid filling nozzle, a vertically located coil completely immersed in the liquid layer, the lower end of which is connected to the gas supply pipe, the upper the end is open into the liquid layer 3-5 mm from its upper level, and the lower part of the gas supply tube below the junction with the coil is provided with an organized volume open from below into the liquid layer at melting 1 - 2 mm from the bottom of the tank. In addition, the saturator is equipped with a system for automatically maintaining the liquid level in a cylindrical container.
