Grinding wheel during assembly, first, is based on flexible member 10 and balanced with the aid of weights 11. Made on pressing-down flange and grinding wheel are spherical bands which in assembly provide for tension through spherical split ring to unload the grinding wheel from centrifugal forces. EFFECT: device for fastening of grinding wheel allows compensation of loss of grinding efficiency due to reduced diameter of grinding wheel, as it wears out by turning washer relative to adapter flange to increase in this manner the width of grinding due to increased amplitude of variation of zone of contact of grinding wheel with blank.

Шлифовальный круг при сборке первоначально базируется на упругий элемент 10 и балансируется грузиками 11. На прижимном фланце и на круге делаются сферические пояски, которые при сборке через сферическое разрезное кольцо создают натяг, разгружая круг от действия центробежных сил. Кроме того устройство позволяет компенсировать потерю производительности обработки из-за уменьшения диаметра шлифовального круга по мере его износа путем поворота шайбы относительно переходного фланца, увеличивая тем самым ширину шлифования за счет увеличения амплитуды колебания зоны контакта круга с заготовкой.
