Abstract
FIELD: equipment testing wear resistance of materials. SUBSTANCE: installation testing materials of soil-cultivating tools for wear includes frame, drive of reciprocating translation of tested sample, holder and loading unit. Drive of reciprocating translation of sample is manufactured in the form of pump unit and hydraulic prime motor of reciprocating motion which boom is continuation of rod. Holder is fabricated in the of hinge-parallelogram gear one vertical link of which is attached to end of boom, other vertical link carries loading unit. Several tested samples interacting with simulator of working environment in the form of solidified mixture based predominantly on sand, clay and cement are anchored on lower end of this link. EFFECT: provision for simultaneous accelerated comparative tests of several heterogeneous samples with simulation of working environment. 8 cl, 4 dwg
