Drive of reciprocating translation of sample is manufactured in the form of pump unit and hydraulic prime motor of reciprocating motion which boom is continuation of rod. Holder is fabricated in the of hinge-parallelogram gear one vertical link of which is attached to end of boom, other vertical link carries loading unit. Several tested samples interacting with simulator of working environment in the form of solidified mixture based predominantly on sand, clay and cement are anchored on lower end of this link. EFFECT: provision for simultaneous accelerated comparative tests of several heterogeneous samples with simulation of working environment. 8 cl, 4 dwg

Область применения - испытательная техника для исследования изностойкости материалов. Технический результат - обеспечение одновременных ускоренных сравнительных испытаний нескольких разнородных образцов с имитацией рабочей среды. Установка содержит раму, привод возвратно-поступательного перемещения образца для испытания, держатель образца и узел нагружения. Привод возвратно-поступательного перемещения образца выполнен в виде насосного блока и гидродвигателя возвратно-поступательного действия, продолжением штока которого является штанга, держатель образца выполнен в виде шарнирно-параллелограммного устройства, одно вертикальное звено которого закреплено на конце штанги, на другом вертикальном звене размещен узел нагружения, а на нижнем конце этого звена закреплены несколько образцов для испытания, взаимодействующих с имитатором рабочей среды в виде затвердевшей смеси преимущественно на основе песка, глины и цемента.Scope - a testing technique for studying the wear resistance of materials.
