Abstract

FIELD: metals shaping, apparatus for strengthening of goods vans trucks side frames and over-spring beams used in vans building and repairs of goods vans side frames. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has two supports, hydraulic press with vertical motion of slider, fixed on slider loading member with cylinders block, supporting wedge member located under slider, spring-loaded in respect to supporting member feeler gauge. Cylinders block with seven plungers, that acts on side frame, is used for levelling of load in seven points of side frame lower belt loading. Loading member is made in the form of C-shaped staple and has block of cylinders, that allows to mount trucks side frames on press and to remove them from it without any additional assembling and disassembling operations. The member provides uniform loading of side frame lower belt in places of springs set springs location. EFFECT: improved process.

The invention relates to the field of metal forming, and in particular to hardening of the side frames and the sprung beams of freight carriages and can be used in car building and repair business - in the manufacture and repair of side frames. The device contains two supports, a hydraulic press with vertical movement of the slider, a loading element fixed to the slider with a cylinder block, a support wedge element located under the slider and spring-loaded relative to the probe support element. The cylinder block with seven plungers acting on the side frame serves to balance the load at seven points of loading of the lower belt of the side frame. The inventive loading element, made in the form of a C-shaped bracket and equipped with a cylinder block, allows you to install and remove the side frames of the bogies from the press without additional assembly and disassembly work and ensures uniform loading of the lower belt of the side frame at the locations of the spring set springs.
