Abstract

FIELD: plastic metal working in different branches of machine engineering for making axially symmetrical products such as gear wheels, wheels, discs and so on. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of making semifinished product having relief on its one side by combined upwetting, flange drawing and sizing with use of the same die set and subsequent shaping of semifinished product to ready article; at shaping using semifinished product having dimensions determined according to relations given in description of the invention and relief at its side turned to die. Said semifinished product is subjected to deforming in final-transition die set at the same side as at previous transition. Upsetting of blank during first transition is performed at double-side centering of blank in shaping tool. EFFECT: lowered deformation effort, enhanced quality of articles, increased strength of tool, significantly enlarged range of products to be made, lowered consumption of material.

Способ изготовления осесимметричных изделий обкатыванием включает получение полуфабриката с рельефом на одной из сторон путем совмещенной осадки, вытяжки фланца и калибровки, выполняемых в одном штампе, и его последующее формоизменение до получения готового изделия. Для последующего формообразования используют полуфабрикат с размерами, определяемыми из соотношений, приведенных в описании, и рельефом со стороны, обращенной к матрице, который подвергают деформированию в штампе окончательного перехода с той же стороны, что и на предыдущем переходе. Кроме того, осадку заготовки на первом переходе осуществляют с двухсторонним центрированием заготовки в формообразующем инструменте. Предлагаемый способ позволяет уменьшить усилие деформирования, повысить качество изделий и стойкость инструмента, существенно расширить номенклатуру штампуемых изделий, а также уменьшить расход материала.The invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure and can be used in various industries in the manufacture of axisymmetric products, such as gears, wheels, wheels and the like.
