Abstract

FIELD: electronic countermeasures and protection against high-energy actions. SUBSTANCE: invention may be specifically used in the capacity of protective masking system for such important objects as radars and multipurpose weapon systems, for masking and protection of military objects from observation , identification and lock-on on targets (for automatic tracking), for protection of air and ground transportation facilities, military aircraft, tanks, installations and buildings of military assignment against high-energy lasers and nuclear weapon. Protective masking system has assemblage of geometrically formed hollow metal cells having common base, heat protective metal reflecting surfaces covered with polymer layer and target. Cells are manufactured in the form of structure with side heat protective reflecting surfaces forming cavities of peaked shape directed towards base. Polymer layer is made transparent. In this case base contacts target. Polymer layer may contain masking pigment. At least one side surface of part of peaked structures may be mounted at angle to base which differs from inclination angle of side surfaces of the rest of structure. At least part of peaked structures may be fabricated in the form of pyramids with even number of faces, the rest has odd number of faces. Peaked structures may have height of side faces or size of generating lines of side surface from 2.0-1150.0 μm. Plates between cells may have reflecting surfaces covered with polymer film carrying carbon black. Polymer film may be covered by layer absorbing waves of radio frequency range and polymer layer with masking pigment applied in succession. EFFECT: enhanced stability of system when protecting and masking against active and passive radar systems and its increased aerodynamic properties with simplification of design.

The invention relates to electronic warfare and protection against high-energy influences and can be used as a protective marking system for important objects from radar stations and multi-purpose weapon systems, in particular for masking and protecting military objects from surveillance, identification systems and target acquisition (automatic escort), as well as from the high-energy destructive effects of multipurpose weapon systems, including high-energy lasers and nuclear weapons, on An example of land and air vehicles, military aircraft, tanks, installations and military structures. The technical result achieved is to increase the stability of the system during protection and camouflage from passive and active radar systems, and its aerodynamic properties while simplifying the design. To achieve a technical result in a protective masking system containing a plurality of geometrically formed hollow metal cells having a common base, a thermal protective metal reflective surface coated with a polymer layer, and a target, the cells are made in the form of a structure with side thermal protective reflective surfaces forming cavities of pointed shape directed toward the base, and the polymer layer is made transparent, while the base is in contact with the target. The polymer layer may contain a masking pigment. At least one side surface of a portion of the pointed structures may be installed at an angle to the base other than the angle of inclination to the base of the side surfaces of the remaining structures. At least part of the pointed structures can be made in the form of pyramids with an even number of faces, and the rest with odd ones. Pointed structures can be made with a height of the side faces or a size of the forming side surfaces of 2.0 - 1150.0 μm. The boards between the cells can be made with a reflective surface and coated with a polymer film containing soot. The polymer film may be coated with a successively deposited layer that absorbs radio frequency waves, and a polymer layer with a masking pigment. A part of pointed structures with at least one side surface mounted at an angle to the base other than the angle of inclination to the base of the side surfaces of the remaining structures, or made in the form of pyramids with an even or odd number of faces, can be placed in the form of an image.
