FIELD: heat-power engineering, metallurgy, chemical industry and industries. SUBSTANCE: proposed installation is used for gas pulse cleaning of heating surfaces from external deposits. Installation has distributing manifold, pulse chambers with igniters operating periodically; igniters are connected with distributing manifolds by means of pipe lines fitted with shut-off control valves. Installation is also provided with mixers fitted with gas and air supply branch pipes with shut-off control valves, additional mixers connected with gas supply branch pipes by means of additional pipe lines; air supply branch pipes are connected with distributing manifold. Innovation of invention consists in availability of automatic control device and explosion pulse and temperature monitoring sensors fitted in pipe lines after mixers; temperature sensors are mounted after heating surfaces; automatic control unit is connected with explosion pulse and temperature monitoring sensors, periodically-operating igniter and shut-off control; valves (for example electromagnetic valves) by means of electric circuits. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.

Предложена установка для газоимпульсной очистки поверхностей нагрева от наружных отложений, включающая распределительный коллектор, импульсные камеры с периодически действующими запальниками, соединенные с распределительным коллектором посредством трубопроводов с запорно-регулирующими клапанами, смесители с патрубками подачи газа и воздуха, имеющими запорно-регулирующие клапаны, дополнительные смесители, соединенные посредством дополнительных трубопроводов, имеющих запорно-регулирующие клапан с патрубками подачи газа, а патрубки подачи воздуха соединены с распределительным коллектором. Новым в установке для газоимпульсной очистки поверхностей нагрева является то, что она снабжена устройством автоматического управления, датчиками контроля взрывных импульсов и температуры, размещенными на трубопроводах за смесителями, причем датчик температуры установлены также за поверхностями нагрева, при этом блок автоматического управления соединен электрическими цепями с датчиками контроля взрывных импульсов и температуры, с периодически действующими запальниками и запорно-регулирующим клапанами (например, электромагнитными клапанами), обеспечивающими автоматический режим их работы.The invention relates to installations for cleaning heating surfaces from external deposits and can be used in the power industry, metallurgy, chemical and other industries where there is a problem of cleaning heat-exchange surfaces.
