Поставленная цель достигается тем, что в качестве состава для регулирования проницаемости используют состав, включающий полигликоли (ПЭГ) и отработанную щелочь мокрых процессов газоочистки при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%: полигликоль - 5 - 40, отработанная щелочь - 60 - 95. Отработанная щелочь содержит не менее 5 мас.% гидрооксида натрия и/ или карбоната натрия и имеет pН ≥ 10.
