Abstract

FIELD: shipbuilding. SUBSTANCE: ceiling is provided with vibration absorbing devices and supports for vibro-active equipment; ceiling is mounted on hull and bulkheads of ship; ceiling has plating and crossing strengthening beams whose ends are supported by knees. Beams are from composite material which consists of alternating stiff layers which take up load and viscoplastic layers; coefficient of loss of oscillatory energy is no less than 0.02. Beams are connected with plating by means of threaded joint through heat-insulating gaskets. Plating is provided with coming over perimeter. Clearances are provided between plating and hull and between plating and bulkheads. beams are secured to knees by means of detachable mechanical joints, threaded joints for example. At loss coefficient of laminated beams no less than 0.1, dampening of vibrations transmitted to ship's hull ranges from 8 to 10 dB in wide band of audio frequencies. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.

Claims (1)

Figure 00000001
Ship flooring designed to accommodate vibroactive equipment can be used on ships or other vehicles. The specified overlap, on which the means of vibration absorption and support of the vibroactive equipment are installed, is placed on the hull and bulkheads of the vessel and contains a deck and a cross-set of beams supporting it, resting their ends on the knees. The beams are made of a composite material consisting of alternating rigid layers that absorb the load and viscoelastic layers, and have a loss coefficient of vibrational energy of at least 0.02. These beams through heat-insulating gaskets by means of detachable mechanical, for example threaded, connections are connected to the floor, which is provided with coaming along the perimeter, and there is a gap between the floor and the hull, floor and bulkheads, and the beams are fixed to the ends by means of detachable mechanical, such as threaded, connections. With a realistically achievable loss factor in layered beams of at least 0.1, the damping of vibrations transmitted to the ship’s hull is at least 8–10 dB in a wide range of sound frequencies.
