Abstract

FIELD: medical engineering; columns for purifying biological fluids (donor blood), by sorption. SUBSTANCE: column comprises casing provided with inlet and outlet openings for charging and discharging sorbent, and for admission and withdrawal of biological fluid from column. Inventive novelty of column resides in fact that at least one of its filters is diffuser-confuser-type filter made in form of package of cylindrical rods, distance between which is less than diameter of sorbent particles, but is greater than size of constituent elements of biological fluid to be purified. Inventively novel design of column makes it possible to extend its service life owing to uniform spreading of biological fluid all over sorbent, to expand range of eligible sorbents, to achieve repeated use of sorbents due to sterilizing them at 300 C, and to lower damaging effect of sorbents. Any possibility is ruled out for fine sorbent particles and other impurities having size of more than 20 mcm to get into biological fluid being purified. EFFECT: higher operating properties.

Изобретение относится к медицинской технике, а именно к колонке для сорбции биологических жидкостей, например донорской крови. Целью изобретения является исключение попадания в очищаемую биологическую жидкость мелких частиц сорбента и других примесей с размерами более 20 мкм, повышение ресурсных характеристик колонки путем обеспечения равномерного растекания биологической жидкости по сорбенту, расширения ассортимента используемых сорбентов, возможности многократного ее использования за счет стерилизации при 300oС, снижения повреждающего действия сорбентов. Колонка для сорбции биологической жидкости содержит корпус с отверстиями для загрузки и выгрузки сорбента и ввода и вывода биологической жидкости из колонки. Новым в колонке является то, что в качестве по меньшей мере одного из фильтров используется фильтр диффузорно-конфузорного типа в виде пакета цилиндрических стержней, расстояние между которыми меньше диаметра частиц сорбента и превышает размер форменных элементов биологической жидкости.The invention relates to medical equipment, namely to a column for sorption of biological fluids, for example, donated blood.
