Feed and receiving guides for blanks of proposed device are made in form of straight trough-like pans with corner or concave section. mechanism to knock out blanks from spindle chuck is separated from blank push in mechanism. EFFECT: improved quality of machining, increased capacity, reduced time taken for manipulation cycle, enhanced operation reliability and simplified design.

Целью изобретения является снятие ограничений с возможности повышения производительности и качества обработки, сокращение времени выполнения операций цикла манипулирования, повышение эксплуатационной надежности и упрощение конструкции устройства. С этой целью в новом способе захват и перемещение заготовок с транспортного конвейера в зону обработки и обратно осуществляется последовательно выполнению операций обработки, а перекладка заготовок с подающей направляющей в положение заталкивания проводится совместно с перекладкой из положения выталкивания на принимающую направляющую. Для реализации этой цели в новом устройстве механизм захвата и перемещения заготовок с транспортного конвейера в зону обработки и обратно выполнен заодно с механизмом заталкивания заготовок в патрон шпинделя, а механизм для перекладки заготовок с подающей направляющей в положение заталкивания конструктивно объединен с механизмом для их перекладки из положения выталкивания на принимающую направляющую. Кроме этого, подающая и принимающая направляющие заготовок нового устройства имеют вид прямых желобообразных лотков с угловым или вогнутым профилем, а механизм выталкивания заготовок из патрона шпинделя отделен от механизма их заталкивания.The method and device relate to methods and means of automation and can be used in mass production in the automotive, tractor and other industries. In addition, the feeding and receiving guides of the blanks of the new device are in the form of straight gutter-shaped trays with an angular or concave profile, and the mechanism for pushing the blanks from the spindle chuck is separated from the mechanism of their pushing.
