Vapor-slurry heat exchangers (heat carrier: self- evaporation vapor from 1st-step separator). Heating and reaction autoclaves. 1st-step separator. 2nd-step separator conveying self- evaporation vapor to heat process water. Agitator for leached slurry. In the process, leached slurry in the 1st-step heating heat exchangers is cooled to a temperature higher than boiling temperature of slurry in the 2nd step of self evaporation. Leached slurry in the 2nd-step heat exchangers is cooled to a temperature lower than its boiling temperature under atmosphere pressure, which prevents steaming and outburst of alkali vapors from agitator. Цель изобретения - повышение степени утилизации тепла выщелоченной (вареной) пульпы при наличии в схеме выщелачивания двух ступеней ее самоиспарения. Способ осуществляют путем прокачивания бокситовой пульпы через автоклавную установку: пульпопульповые теплообменники - две стадии яагрева в разных теплообменниках с использованием в качестве теплоносителя на 1-й стадии нагрева выщелоченной пульпы из сепаратора 2-й ступени, а на 2-й стадии - выщелоченной пульпы из сепаратора 1-й ступени; паропульповые теплообменники (теплоноситель - пар самоиспарения из сепаратора 1-й ступени); греющие и реакционные автоклавы; сепаратор 1-й ступени; сепаратор 2-й ступени с подачей из него пара самоиспарения на нагрев промводы; агитатор выщелоченной пульпы. При этом выщелоченную пульпу в теплообменниках 1-й стадии нагрева охлаждают до температуры, большей температуры ее кипения на 2-й ступени самоиспарения, что позволяет получить пар самоиспарения в сепараторе 2-й ступени и использовать его для нагрева промводы; выщелоченную пульпу в теплообменниках 2-й стадии нагрева охлаждают до температуры, меньшей температуры ее кипения при атмосферном давлении, что исключает парение и выброс щелочного пара из агитатора в атмосферу.The purpose of the invention is to increase the degree of heat recovery of leached (cooked) pulp in the presence of two stages of self-evaporation in the leaching circuit.
