At transportation duty power is transmitted from primary engine to hydraulic transmission and further on to running wheels which facilitates traction at train and shunting duties. At operating duty when vehicle has to pull rail units at stabilized speeds and increased traction, power is transmitted to turning wheels through controlled drive formed by driving member, control system and actuating member. Power source set into operation by primary engine can be made in form of electric generator to supply external consumers. Controlled drive can include electric generator to operate electric motor through control system, or hydraulic pump to set hydraulic motor into operation through control system. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities.

Самоходная машина для тяги единиц подвижного состава и энергоснабжения различных объектов, машин и механизмов, состоящая из первичного двигателя, гидравлической передачи мощности, регулируемого привода и источника энергии. В транспортном режиме мощность передается от первичного двигателя на гидропередачу и далее к ходовым колесам, что позволяет обеспечить тягу поездов как при маневровой, так и поездной работе. В рабочем режиме, когда машина должна перемещать соединенные с ней единицы подвижного состава со стабилизированными скоростями и увеличенной силой тяги, мощность передается на ходовые колеса через регулируемый привод, представляющий соединенные между собой ведущее звено, систему управления и исполнительное звено. Источник энергии, приводимый от первичного двигателя, может быть выполнен в виде электрического генератора и служит для энергоснабжения внешних потребителей.
